Project Execution

ChemengCo will adapt to the specific Client or Project requirements, providing services ranging from various Process Engineering packages, to performing EPCM Contracts and complete turnkey installations in association with our alliance partners.

Process Engineering Packages 

ChemengCo’s Process Engineering Package deliverables would depend on the stage of project development and specific Client requirements but would typically include: 

·        Conceptual to detailed Process Descriptions

·        Process Flow Diagrams

·        Mass and Energy Balances

·        Conceptual to detailed P&I Diagrams

·        Control Philosophy and Functional Description Specifications

·        Detailed Equipment Datasheets

·        Detailed Equipment Schedules including Equipment, Motor, Valve and Line Lists

·        Instrument Lists, Datasheets and I/O Schedules

·        Detailed Technical Specifications for RFQ’s

·        General Arrangement Drawings where required.

·        Operating and Maintenance Manuals 

Deliverables can be presented in either standard ChemengCo format or adapted to meet particular Client specifications on request. 

EPCM Contracts  

ChemengCo are capable of completing entire projects on an EPCM basis, taking responsibility for the overall Project engineering, management and implementation. EPCM services could be performed on either a fixed-cost or reimbursable man-hour basis.  

In addition to the Process Engineering deliverables listed above, ChemengCo would provide the following services and functions: 

·        Project Management of the Overall Project, encompassing all disciplines and sub-contractors.

·        Management of Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation design and engineering.

·        Project planning.

·        Preparation of all equipment and material specifications and RFQ’s.

·        Adjudication of tenders in conjunction with the Client.

·        Procurement of all equipment and materials on behalf of the Client.

·        Management and expediting of all equipment supply and fabrication.

·        Complete project administration and documentation.

·        Management of Erection and Installation.

·        Project Quality Control.

·        Commissioning. 

Larger EPCM Projects would typically be completed in association with our alliance partners. 

Turnkey Plant Installations 

ChemengCo can undertake small size projects relating to our core technologies on a fixed cost turnkey basis where our responsibility encompasses everything from conceptual design to hand-over of a fully commissioned Plant to the Client. 

In this instance, in addition to fulfilling all project functions described above, ChemengCo would assume the full commercial function and responsibility relating to the procurement of equipment, materials and services.
