Process Engineering

·        Feasibility studies into the viability of new processes and / or new operations or modifications. 

·        Upfront Engineering Packages to conceptualise a new Plant and obtain an approximate operating and capital cost. 

·        Basic Engineering Packages to develop a conceptual process further and obtain a detailed operating cost and cost estimate. 

·        Detailed Engineering in which the process is fully engineered, detailed and documented. 

·        Project Development in conjunction with a technology partner from conceptual design and engineering to commissioning. 

·        Commissioning services, troubleshooting Plant process problems and debottlenecking. 

·        Integration of new processes into existing Plant. 

·        Incorporation of appropriate environmental considerations in the above.
